We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the
original packaging. Software and digital products may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for the return in your communication.

Return Authorization

Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs

This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
NO COST For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange. Additional shipping costs may apply.
